2. Return and Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 48 hours prior to the initial rental date: You will receive 100% of the deposit. minus the transaction fees are not refundable
  • Cancellation 24 hours prior to the initial rental date: You will receive 50% of the deposit minus credit card transaction fees.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund of the initial deposit will be made.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed minus any fees assessed by credit card companies. The refund will be issued within 7-10 days.

Weather Cancellation Policy

  • Customers receive a full refund if KoreaSeoulBikeRental.com determines that the rental cannot be rendered due to safety reasons.
  • If customers cannot use the service due to weather, they can reschedule the rental once within the next 6 months. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the local weather ahead of time.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed once within the next 6 months if the rental cannot proceed due to weather conditions.

4. Conditions for Refusal of Service

KoreaSeoulBikeRental.com reserves the right to refuse service based on the following conditions:

  • Uncooperative behavior due to intoxication, mental, or physical impairment.
  • Disabled customers or minors without a legal guardian present.
  • Failure to present legal ID.
  • Signs of illness and fatigue.

5. Loss or Damage of Products

Customers are responsible for the loss or damage of KoreaSeoulBikeRental’s products, which includes theft, irreparable damage, and repair costs exceeding replacement costs. Customers agree to pay for the market replacement cost of the lost or damaged products. All payments must be made directly to KoreaSeoulBikeRental.com within 2 weeks. Additionally, if legal fees are incurred due to the loss or damage of KoreaSeoulBikeRental’s products, customers agree to pay for any legal fees that may be incurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

KoreaSeoulBikeRental.com shall not be liable for any direct, special, consequential bodily, or property damages. Customers will not hold KoreaSeoulBikeRental.com liable for any legal suits associated with bodily or property damages. Customers are advised to provide their own medical and death insurance.

7. Indemnification

  4. Medical Condition: I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the bike rental activities.

  6. Weather and Rescheduling: I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to check the local weather ahead of time and agree to the rescheduling policies stated in the Terms of Service.

  7.
